  We try our hardest to find you an appointment that is as convenient as possible for you. We do understand that your time is as valuable as ours. We will make every effort not to keep you waiting longer than necessary. Unfortunately, there are times when someone else's treatment took longer than expected,someone was a little late,or an emergency arose.
 
  Please try to be prompt, if not a little early, to give yourself a little tme to relax before your treatment begins. If you find it impossible to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us 48 hours notice so that another patient in need of care can use your time slot. There is a $45 fee for failure to keep an appointment, and repeat offenders are not rescheduled. Cell phones are great for last minute adjustments of altered arrival times.
